What's included in the free Starter plan?

Starter is free and supports monitoring up to 20 sites or competitors and management for up to 20 products. Product links can be uploaded manually or via batch import. Price, availability, and discount-change alerts are included. No credit card needed for this plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Plan changes can be applied when needs shift across monitoring volume and features. Upgrading increases limits like sites, regions, and monthly price checks. Downgrading reduces those limits while keeping core monitoring active. Billing and access changes should align with the active subscription period.

What happens if the monthly price checks limit is exceeded?

Paid plans support additional price checks beyond the included monthly quota. Business uses an additional price check rate of $0.0029. Pro uses an additional price check rate of $0.002. Starter does not include overage pricing, so tracking scope must stay within limits.

How is the number of price checks calculated?

A price check is counted when a monitored product is scanned on a scheduled run. Each competitor or site monitored for that product can add another check. Higher monitoring frequency increases total checks consumed. Marketplace and protected-site scanning also contribute to monthly usage.

Example:
5 products in monitoring on 5 websites = 25 links -> 25 price checks per monitoring cycle/scan

If a product link lead to marketplaces (like Amazon, Walmart, Empik etc.) and there is a need to collect multiple seller offers - each seller offer is counted like a seperate price check.

Can more competitors or sites be added than the plan allows?

Starter includes up to 20 sites or competitors. Business supports up to 30, and Pro supports up to 40. Business and Pro allow additional site activation priced at $2.5. Enterprise supports custom volumes and is configured through Sales.

Is there an annual billing discount?

Annual billing is typically handled as a commercial option rather than a fixed public rule. Discount size can depend on monitoring volume, regions, and add-ons. Enterprise contracts commonly include custom invoicing and terms. Sales can confirm annual pricing structure for each plan tier.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Starter provides a free entry point with core monitoring and notifications. Paid plans add higher quotas, more regions, protected-site scanning, and export formats. A demo/pilot project is possible, it can validate workflows before purchase. Trial access for paid tiers can be arranged based on use case and scope.

What payment methods are accepted?

Business and Pro are typically purchased as standard subscriptions. Enterprise supports custom contracts and invoicing for large organizations. Card payments are commonly used for self-serve plans . Alternative payment methods can be coordinated through Sales where required.

How does auto-matching work, and is it included?

Auto-matching links equivalent items across sites using product codes or structured identifiers. Starter does not include auto-matching by codes. Business and Pro support auto-matching by codes as an add-on from $25 per site. Enterprise can extend matching options and custom configurations.

What is the difference between Business and Pro plans?

Business costs $99 per month and includes up to 35,000 checks and up to 30 websites within the limit. Pro costs $199 per month and includes up to 100,000 checks and up to 40 websites. Extra price checks are cheaper on Pro plan: Business - $0.0029; Pro - of $0.002.
