Price monitoring in 5 steps

Step 1: Select products
Choose the products you want to monitor prices for.

    Identify the products for monitoring
    Determine which products would benefit from regular price monitoring and repricing.

    Optimise your product list
    If you have a large assortment, you can perform an ABC analysis to select the most efficient portion of the assortment. For a smaller assortment, you can skip this step and proceed to importing the goods.

    Result

    The list of selected products will be uploaded to the monitoring system, and you can move on to the next step - importing.







    
Step 2: Import products for monitoring

    Import data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format.

    Import from a YML file or XML.

    Create product cards manually via the service interface.

    The goods have been successfully created in the system, and you can proceed to the next step.








Step 3: Matching
Matching involves selecting links to the products you want to monitor.

    Identify your competitors.
  • 2
    Choose links to competitor pages with similar products or request assistance from our team in selecting the links.

    Upload the selected links to the system.

    Result

    The products you want to monitor are now linked to their respective competitor pages, and you can move on to the next step.





Step 4: Repricing
Once the data is collected, it's time to choose a pricing strategy

    2. Set up the formula in the reprising section

    3. Define prices for your products based on your chosen strategy.

    4. Link the repricing formulas to the corresponding products.

    Your pricing strategy is now in place, and you can proceed to the next step.

Upload generated prices to your website or other systems

    Export the prices in Excel format for easy integration.

    Utilize feed sheets in popular formats like JSON, CSV, XML, and YML for seamless integration.

    Automatically upload all data to your Google BigQuery cloud storage for efficient data management.
