MAP enforcement involves two different jobs: identifying a pricing-policy issue and deciding what to do about it. Priceva handles the monitoring and evidence side by showing where a violation occurred, which seller was involved, and how the case developed over time. It does not operate as an outsourced enforcement agency. Seller communication, escalation, commercial consequences, and legal action stay with the brand or its chosen service provider.

Upload Your MAP List and Connect Sales Channels
Amazon MAP enforcement is especially difficult because a single product detail page can combine Amazon retail activity with multiple third-party offers, including FBA merchants and sellers outside the brand's authorized network. A low advertised price can also increase pressure on other sellers competing for visibility and the Buy Box. Priceva helps identify the seller, observed price, MAP difference, and listing history so the brand can decide how to handle the case. It does not promise Buy Box control or contact Amazon sellers on the client's behalf.
A Priceva violation report can bring together the visible seller, advertised price, MAP benchmark, size of the deviation, channel, detection date, authorization status, and historical activity. Where screenshot evidence is enabled for the project, the captured page provides additional documentation before the case is passed to the team responsible for the next step.
